Acceleration Problem

Im in need of some help. I recently did a tune up to my '97 Cherokee Sport with 119K miles. I changed the trans fluid, transfer case fluid & oil plus fuel injector cleaner. I then went off-roading and hit my exhaust on something, no visable damage. Then my check engine light came on with readings that my O2 sensors were not reading correct. I also started having a problem when I accelerated in 1st gear and my Jeep would hesitate. Additionally I would hear a loud clicking noise right below the gas & brake pedals. I figured it was an engine computer problem because of the O2 sensor readings so I replaced my Cat & exhaust. The check engine light problem has gone away but the acceleration hesitation & clicking is still happening. I've driven the Jeep about 100 miles and it still occurs. The problem only happens when the Jeep is below 25mph. The hesitation is best described as: I hit the gas from a complete stop and the Jeep starts to accelerate to about 5-10mph. Around 1500rpms the Jeep hesitates, stops accelerating and the clicking starts, usually 1-2 loud clicks. I then let off the gas and push it again and most of the time the Jeep starts accelerating again and the Jeep drives normally. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be or what I should look at to see if it’s broken?

3.5” lift
Cone air intake
Dynomax Exhaust
Livewire ignition

If your O2 sensors have been ripped out, I suggest NOT driving it until you get those fixed. I made the mistake of driving it without the O2 sensors, Car stalled in the middle of the highway.... not a good site. But yeah I think you should check your crank sensor and also check your exhaust manifold for any cracks. Hopefully this helps... See ya in the mudholes ;)
