New Cars on the Way

Just ordered the Kyosho Mercedes-Benz CLS500, been waiting for that for a loonng time. Just put in an order for a the new AUtoArt Lexus GS430 and IS350, both are believed to be available and shipped within the next 2 months. My orders for the Kyosho M5 and BMW 330i are still backordered.... :mad:

i'm looking at the cls by kyosho. what color are you getting? and the lexus's should be shipped within the next 2 months? what?

2 months... thats too long...

Are you ordering from exoticar? If yes, I think you should check out the 'ordering from exoticar' thread that nowsliw started a while ago and other stores next time you buy diecast. I can tell you that they're definitely not the best to deal with, to say the least.

And nosliw, what are you waiting for? I thought you love CLS and Kyosho is of great quality :biggrin:

Exoticar, no, company called DiecastMuscle. Really good, but they're company is just out of stock or it just hasn't arrived. The CLS I bought on eBay because all the other companies didn't get their shipment yet.

FOr the CLS, I am getting Black on beige.

My friend says Diecast Muscle is pretty good, but i have been useing www.speednation.com

They send me my cars and have been pretty quick. Their selection jsut kinda sucks.

from them. Really good prices aswell, just need more cars.

and the r-class (is it out yet cuz i saw that it was out on another forum but can't find it anywhere online i think it's by minichamps)

and i wasn't really thinking about it except for the fact that i have bought only one kyosho which is the e-class sedan and the interior quality isn't too great. and that i wan't a lighter color cls because i already have the black maisto one and they only have the black ones on ebay.

Yeah diecastmuscle is a pretty good company so good choice there. Actually they have real great prices on many of their items that I want to order too when I check their site, but too bad they're all on preorder....

I don't think you need to worry on the quality of any of kyosho's recent release. Sure they had some quality issues with their older models, but I think they have improved lately, I'm very satisfied with all of my BMW models (some released as early as 2003), and there should be no problems with their other recent releases too.......so, go for it!!!

Yea Kyosho is up there with the big boys like Autoart. Really nice.

correction the E320 was my first kyosho out of three (smart fourfor and smart roadster) well i saw pics of the cls and it looks pretty nice. i'll prob get it for bday or something (late june)

Im gonna ask the website that i use to get it in stock and then i will order one.

There you go nosliw... actually I'm now thinking I might get the grey one when it comes out later (but then again I already have the sucky maisto one so I don't know :mad:) and there's also Aa's upcoming release of MB s class 04' and sl 600 that I might get as well ( no, I'm not trying to convince you with those two but I know you'll get those right?)

yeah i have the maisto one. it looks okay. i mean it's not the best but good for about $20. all four doors open and the trunk and hood. the wood even looks more realistic than my $100 minichamps mercedes ml. and yes i proabably will get the '04 s-class, 600sl, and not to mention the 500sec that is going to come out. anyone know where i can get the aa 190e evo2 black (road car) i've only seen it at the local benz dealer and exoticar doesn't sell it. or at least no U.S. sellers have it readily in stock like a diecast superstore on ebay.ebay only has the race cars.

I meant I wasn't trying to convince you into buying those two models.... and when I said the maisto version sucks I meant it sucks as a $60 dealer version cuz that's the one I got and paid for. It's not too bad if you got it for $20 as a regular version because there is no difference between the two except the different color.

oh. you got tricked into the dealer version. lol. i'm just really impressed with the wood simulation on that car. and all four doors open!
