Well, I hooked up a profec-b spec II on my car just now, I went for a cruise to get it dialed in to 14psi, I got it set right I just have two questions...
1. Whenever I get out of vac and into any boost at all the profec solenoid that I mounted under the hood (mounted right where the stock boost solenoid was) the solenoid clicks pretty loud.... is this normal?? because it seems to be working great.

2. There was 3 plastic caps on the solenoid when I took it out of the box, one hole went to the wastegates, second went to the throttle body, and the third is not used.... am I supposed to plug it again or no?? and no I don't have the instruction manual for it ;(

anyone with any info, thanks.

I think the 3rd hole isn't supposed to go anywhere, but I could be wrong... how much did you pay btw, I almost bought a profec b spec II

I just went to google, and yeah I guess the clicking is normal. I'm just going to try to move the solenoid more towards the front of the car so it's not so loud.

I know the third isnt supposed to go anyplace, it's only for external wastegates... I just dont know if I should plug it or not. I paid exactly $270.50 shipped on ebay, brand new in box with everything, great deal... i just loaned the instructions to a friend, who lost them. Before I got it i read some mixed reviews about it on twin turbo cars. after playing with it for only about 45 min to an hour i got it dialed in perfectly, it works great, what I really like about it is how much faster I get to full boost, if you get this on ebay you for sure can't go wrong for $270 IMO.
