noticed this a while back and was wondering if anyone else had the same issue with their GP as well, the leather material that goes around the shifter is starting to slip out on the lower part of the shifter stick, and you can see down under the center console, i know theres those clips holding on the plastic so i know how to get it all apart, but i was wondering what type of glue i should use to glue the leather material back to the plastic loop at the base of the shifter.

You could probably get away with using some hot glue, but the other alternative would be to use some two-part epoxy sparingly and in about six places around the circumference.
