2001 front end conversion

can a 2001 front end conversion be done to a 95? all i want to do is change the bumper and lower plastic gaurd. i want to try to get a extream front end on with the 95 headlights and grill.

Actually it's considered the 98+ conversion, but yes, easily done..(Using the SEARCH BUTTON ABOVE would have shown you this info as it's been covered thousands of times)

Lights
Blinker/parking lights
Grille
Bumper
Valance...
