Could shoot an orange over a black base. Mix a little black with the orange. Assuming you have an airbrush.

Best thing you can do is head into the automotive section of you local department store. Check out the rack of touch up paint and pick a colour you like. Do the same thing at you local hobby shop, maybe even ask the staff (but don't take their word as gospel). If you can't find anything at either, then post a pic of the colour you are searching for and we may be able to help further.

I use tamiya or gunze clear oranges over a metallic. It works well..if you are trying to make a metallic color. I do not have an airbrush either.

surf the web, look at the different color oranges on cars (volvo, honda, etc). Honestly, a reference pic would be the best way for the people on the board to point you to the right color you are looking for.
