Fuzion HRI Tires

Anyone try the Fuzion HRI or ZRI on their Tib? Just wondering how good they are compared to the factory's I need new tires bad. Any Suggestions?

do you jus need street tires?
do you auto-x? street race?
what are the weather conditions where you live/ drive in?

My budget is less than $100 per tire. I would like to get one pair of all seasons for winter driving and another pair of street tires for my summer wheels I plan on buying soon. I do not autocross or street race although I may do some street races this summer.

I do have the Fuzion HRi tires size 215/50-17 on 17's on my Sonata. Honestly, from what I've seen, you Can't beat the price for the quality. You can get them on Tire Rack for $76 apeice, or a set of four for $348 shipped to your home, but I got mine for less as for some strange (lucky) reason they were on sale at the time. As for quality.. not bad at all. I don't race competitively or anything, but these things will sure blow your mind after the Michelins that come standard. How is the handling compared to the Michelins? Do they look like they will hold up to the 50,000 mile treadlife warranty? How is snow traction?

Can't attest to snow traction, we haven't gotten any snow here in eh.. four years. The handling is.. I'd describe it as sporty. Maybe it's the tread design, maybe something else, but these haven't disappointed me going around any corners. And as far as I see, at about 5500 miles, if they don't make the 50k, it'll be close, but I'm not worried.

Also: According to reports I've seen on tire rack, these handle well in cold climates as well, and have a high rating when it comes to resistance to hydroplaning as well as traction in snow.

Wish I could say the same about my tires. I have Hankook Ventus HR2 tires 225/40/18 on my cavalier, and they are horrible in the rain.
