Please Help!!!

i screwed up my front bumber cover heres the story it sucks pretty bad it was on new years and i just got my licence a week before as i just turned 16, a skidoo (snowmobile) came on to the road out of no where i slammed on the breaks and nicked it wrecking the side of my bumper and ending up in the ditch. I was waiting outside for a tow while the count down was happening and thats where i was for the beggining of 2006. Please any feedback you have? on my 1997 chevy cavalier and i need to know where i can get a pre painted bumper(turquoise) for it because i think its a pretty common car and how to install it . other than a junk yard cause i live in nunavut.
