3. better or worse on the gas milage?
4.would you recomend gutting or keeping the cat with a test pipe?
5.is there really and hp or torque gain?
any other info would also be greatly apprciated..and for you guys that already have them id love to hear what your oppinion on it is after you instaled them compared to before

OK, just so you are clear, the test pipe is a direct replacement for the cat. It takes hte place in the exhaust that the stock cat would occupy. It is officially illegal for street use and you will fail emissions with it. That outta the way..it's a great/cheap mod.
You're car will sound better, not ricey. You wont lose bottom end or gas mileage...and you probably will pick up a few hp. I have a full downpipe that replaces the cat, so I had no need for a test pipe, but it is a good mod, and those with one will tell you the same.
