new wheels and tires

It's time for tires for my 95 tacoma. The wheels are pretty well shot so I'd like to replace them also. The wheels are 15". I have two questions. With the after market fender flares I added, the wheels would look a lot better if they had more offset in the outward direction or with spacers. I would also like to go with 16" wheels and tires. I believe there is more then enough room to accomodate these. Any help would be appreciated.
