My wife and I are probably going to get an '07 Sonata when they're released. Does anyone know when the '07 will probably come out, or when the '06s were released? We'd like to have an idea so we can tentatively plan our big road trip vacation. Thanks!

We got our first '06 Sonata in May of '05. I haven't heard anything on the 2007s though. Being such an early release of the 2006, more than likely they will run those until fall of '06 before they release the 2007s. But you never can tell. The 2003 Tiburon I believe was first released in late '01, and ran almost 2 years before the 2004 came out. So they can run the same model year quite a long time before the next ones arrive.

Might lease a 2007 GLS this Sat. Have been looking at the 06s for months but the local dealer has a deal going right now on the 07s that when crunching the numbers makes sense.
Have a couple friends that bought 06s. For the most part they seem to like them and the mileage is close to EPA estimates. So I decided what the heck.
Been looking at Hyundias for a couple years. GM was my main stable for years but their customer service has gone into the toilet so another GM was not on the table this year.
Hope I'm not going from the frying pan to the fire.
