96 Sierra Wont Start

My 96 2wd 4.3 liter sierra wont start. I have replace the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and filter. Put brand new battery in also. I can't seem to figure out why. it wont start on its own. It starts with starting fluid and the battery charger on (start) but not on its own. help
