turbo kits on ebay

I want to boost my '94 si but im not looking to do anything drastic. I figured a set up of about 6-9 psi would do me just fine. My mechanic told me i could get a turbo kit off ebay for about $800. I saw the kits he was talking about from a company called SSautochrome. Would anybody recommend that i get or should i just leave it alone. It comes wit a Garret t3/t4 turbine, bov, 38mm wastegate, I/C and piping, but no oil circulation lines. What would i have to do about the oil supply if this kit is worth buying?

ebay kits lose. They suck really bad, and WILL break. Spend the money on a quality kit. Apex'i makes a good D series turbo kit.
