Changing the Timing Belt/Waterpump

I searched the forum and didn't find a topic on it so I figured I'd post this. For anyone that's experienced in changing the timing belt on the eagle talon - what do I exactly need, anything specific? My friends who usually work on snowmobiles/cars/boats are offering to do it for free so I'm taking them up on their offer, but I'm wondering if there is anything special to keep in mind when changing that. Also, they are changing the waterpump as well.

Simply, I'm just looking for advice that should be kept in mind from people who've had experience working on such a thing :o) Thanks guys ;)
