Need Help!! Vr4 Problem

I Have A 94 Vr4 It Has 94000 Miles On It. When I Bought The Car It Had 92k On It The Car Didn't Smoke Or Anything. Now That It Has 94k Is Smokes Very Little But It Smoke's And Also I Have To Put Oil In The Engine Like 1 Every 2 Week's Because Then The Lifters Will Sound Real Bad. Also The Car Doen't Smoke While Driving It Only Smoes When The Car Is Left On For 5 Or So Min And The If You Rev It Smokes A Little Not A Whole Lot. What Do You Think The Prob Is Can It Be My Turbos Or Something. Thanks
