ignition trouble

is there a common problem among the ignitions switches in theese cars. my sisters car is acting up and the ignition swithc seems to be the problem. just wanted to know if anyone else has heard or had similiar problem.

Sorry to answer so slow. I was thinking if this was common, some one would answer sooner. I have not heard that the ignition switch is a common problem but, you can do a search on this site using a key word, (no pun intended), and see if there are a lot of hits for ignition switch.
