I have a 91 S-10 with Digital Dash.
Recently the breaklight has come on and will not stop flashing.
It appears to be flashing in some sort of pattern.
My breaks seem to be working fine and i have no problem stopping.
Alsp on a side topic, I have some type of fluid leaqking out of a hose thats located over the passenger side wheel well in the engine compartment.
It seems to be tranny fluid.
Thanks in advance.

where do you live? general location is fine... and check your break fluid b4 you go anywhere after reading this... i ask where you live because a 95 in the salt belt may be due for new lines, and that could be a line on the passengers side leaking, do you lose peddel? what color is the fluid? clear? red? brown/black? if the light has a long flash and a few short flashes follow, count one full cycle, its not like an engin code where the long flash is the first number and the short flashes the second (ie one long flash and 6 short ones on engin light would be a code 16) break code works as count the short flashes then add the one long flash to it (ie one long flash and six short ones on a break light is a code 7)

Connecticut. The fluid is red in appreance and smells like tranny fluid. as opposed to engine oil. I thought maby the filter in the tranny might be clogged so I had it changed.
I dont't appear to loose any peadal as far as thats concerened. It always grabs about the same place on the pedle.
And its 3 sort one long flash. I haven't checked the fluid levels recnetly. couse before it was flashing it would just stay on all the time, and when I checked then the rear was a little bit down, so I filled them back up.
Thanks
