suspension swap......

Okay I just want to throw this out here to see if any of you have ever heard of it, swapping a second gen rear end into a first gen.

I realize the amount of fabrication this will take as the second gen is not solid axle like the first gen.... but with some of the things I've seen done this doesnt sound impossible, difficult as hell maybe, but not impossible....

why?
