Where to start

I don't know where to start. Should I buy performance parts or should I get exterior parts.
I have 1999 Blazer 4x4 LS w/ 4.3 Vortec. 121,000 miles.
I average about 20mpg on the highway right now.
Let me list what all I have done recently.
New Tires
Radiator boiled out and changed over to Green Antifreeze
Transmission fluid flushed
2 new ball joints
2 new hub bearings
2 new pitman arms
K&N Drop in air filter
Replaced radiator cap
Recharged A/C
New Autolite plugs
New plug wires
New alternator
Belt
Fuel injection system cleaned by Dealership
Seafoam dumped in gas tank to clean up anything they missed
I am going to be running through some Auto-RX here tomorrow. So I am going to have to changed out my Mobil1 that is in there currently to some other stuff.
I am on a limited budget ATM, but would like a list that I can slowly work on as I save up money.
Initial thoughts:
Throttle body mod
Buy new exhaust since Cat Back seems too expensive.
New headlights
Grille guard
I am not happy with the responsive of my blazer when I take off as I know there is still more headroom in certain areas. I don't have bad response, but know I should have some more zip when I give it some gas.
So where should I start?

2 new pitman arms?
You must mean a new pitman arm and idler arm.
Sounds like you want to start with performance parts.
Try a better air intake.

Do you have any I should be looking at?
The K&N looks really nice but I have seen lots of Ebay refered here.

The ebay K&N is still expensive. You'd pay the same for a decent magnaflow catback, and probably be better off doing so.

What I meant is the cheaper kits that run you only like 20 bucks or so.
