Well, given an eleven day holiday for Christmas I finally managed to finish something! To keep RallyRaiders XJR14 company heres a car that should have raced it in '93. NPTI in the US was working on the P35 using a brand new Nissan 3.5 litre V12. At the same time they were providing all of their data to Nissmo in Japan who build a modified version for international duty, the NP35 modelled here. This car raced only once, in a Japaness race at Mine, where it didn't do much! The chasis was capable but the motor was a long way from developed. After that the global resection and polletics with in Nissan killed the project.
The model is 1:43 resin from Provence Minature Automobiles (can't stop thinking of them as Provence Moulage!). It's a good kit, give or take some slightly dodgy decals and some parts missing from the instructions. I think it's a lovelly looking car, it's a shame it's development was axed so early.

Excuse the poor photographs, it's dark in the UK so there's not much light for photographs!

awesome job: fantastic! I guess it's 1/43 only by the rims, it seem 1/24 so far. Also I'm surprised abt the v12 fact.
Congrats, man.
BTW this '93 model looks really different from the R92 (GT4?) which was developed from R89/90

I have to agree, your work makes 1/43 looks more like 1/24, it's just so clean and well detailed.
Excellent work, great looking car!

Another tiny masterpiece. :)
Quite an oddly proportioned beast. An XJR-14 clone gone wrong?
