90 Celica

The windshield washer pump will not run.I checked the power at the plug at the pump and there is voltage applied at the terminals of the power end of the plug when the switch is activated for the pump to spray. I was not able to remove the inner fender completely so I am wondering can the pump be replaced without removing the bottle and how is the pump attached? Anyone have any photos for this repair? Any help will be greatfully appreciated.
