my ses light came on and had it scanned and got the code P0147 - HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 3...which would explain why my ac doesnt get very cold and my heater gets so hot it will actually blister you if you put your hand infront of the vents for 15 seconds lol....dont ask how i know......my question is where exactly is this located and will it hurt anything to leave it? thanks!

Last sensor back on bank 1 bor the bank with cyl one.
Depending on year and engine but sensor 3 is usually the one behind the cat or last one back.
It is not a 02 sensor bad code just the heater [circuit] on it.
Check wiring to 02 sensor heater circiut and plugin and fuse.
Like power to the 02 sensor heater circuit.
But a 02 sensor is a long ways from a air cond or inside car heater problem.

Not sure how or if it will affect it.
But the light may stay on and if some other major sensor problem happens you will not know it unless you read the codes.
Also it will not pass emissions inspections with light on.
Good luck MT

If it cleared and has not came back on it is not acting up\or bad now.
If the problem comes back it will trip the light.
Good Luck MT
