where to find short block

anyone know where the best place or have for sale a turbo short block doenst matter if its a 6 or 7 bolt. ive tried dsm tuners and it looks like its down for a while.
do you think i should just go to the junk yard and pick on up or is there a site that sells just the short block i havent found one yet that isnt strocked or fully built
