anyone know how to install subs into a stock 02 325i audio system? where do the rms go??

Without a aftermarket receiver (preamp outputs) you'll have to have an amp with speaker level imputs. Then you can connect them into your existing speakers. The quality might not be that good and you might need to buy some additional parts to connect it up. That's the basic idea though.
