Lately my 96 Lumina (191,000 kms) is very noisy at all speeds. The noise seems to come from the AC clutch area. Can someone give some ideas?

Bad pulley bearing? Take the belt off and turn the a/c pulley by hand see if you can feel a bad bearing.

spray some WD-40 man fixer right up, had that problem more then once befor, just WD-40 when running heavy coat workes great

If it is the a/c pulley bearing in this case, it is a sealed bearing, the wd 40 won't get into it.

Drop that wd-40 in the trash can.
For all of the good WD-40 does you might as well pee on it.
Not much more than water.
If you want penetrating oil get some good stuff.
If you want lubricant get some good lubrication.
