1990 camry

I think a fuse blew because my seat belt, rear defroster, heater and fan do not work. But I can't figure where the fuses are. Help!!!

There are 3 or 4 main fuse blocks. Left and right kick panel by drivers and passengers foot. Behind the coin tray by the drivers left knee & under hood drivers side.. other than that it may be a fusible link.
