Relays

ok, finally got my passat started, but still got a long way to go, i changed all my fuses and checked most of my relays but my headlights, signals, windsheild wipers and sunroof still arent working, i donot know wether i should attribute these to the cars age or missing relays, there are only two missing. So, my questions are does anyone have a url to a digram or list of relays and what they control and, does anyone know how to test a relay to see if it needs replacing.
