Auto coming out of overdrive at 60mph

My auto is coming out of overdrive at about 60mph. It doesn't matter if I am accelerating or deaccelerating. Other than that, it shifts/works fine. Any ideas?

It could be normal if its only when you are moving your foot. They'll disengage accel for power, and on decel for mileage.

never move the foot. Just around 60 +/- 2 mph it comes out. Any speed higher or lower it goes back into overdrive. I can be accelerating, deaccelerating, coasting or ?, it doesn't matter. It does not matter there the throttle is.

It's the "Speed Sensor" that screws into Transmission housing tailshaft. A $20 at a dealer. Just put threadseal on threads and unscrew ol, screw new on. It has a plactic "tip" that rotates in a counter. The end gets slightest little burr on end and computer reads as "downshift" command

remember how you took it out because it must be aligned perfectly. I had mine in wrong and my check engine light came on and it didn't shift out of second!(bought the car like that so took me forever to find out what was wrong!)
