How to install RKsport FPR???

Does anybody know how install the RKsport fuel pressure regulator for a 2001 cavalier z24????? i have instructions but i don't understand them and there is no one in my area that can help me.....so if anybody has any information or has installed one themsleves please reply or email me at [email protected]
