transmission slip bettween second and third

hi i got a 96 accent 1.5 i did a little maintenance routine like change plug ,combustion chamber ,ect i remove the baterie positive and went i was ready to go for road test i put back the baterie power everything seem to run good but not the trannny slip went it change to 2nd to 3 rd gear any idea about it ???
