Frosty windows

Does anyone here have problems with their sunfire frosting up the INSIDE of the windshield when the car sits over night in the winter? I have a 2000 sunfire ,frosty windows on the outside I can deal with but not on the inside, wasting gas to warm it up for twenty minutes is a ripe off. I have a `96 Intrepid that is parked beside it all night long and it does not frost on the inside. Had a `91 sunbird that frosted inside like the sunfire and wasted lots of gas defrosting it.
Thanks Muff

Are you dragging lots of snow in on your feet?Is your floor mats soaked?Anything esle wet in the car? This will cause frost on the inside of your windows.

Size can play apart along with how well the car is insulated or not.I had a little Geo Metro and when I got the mats soaked and put the heat on the floor, puff it would fog up.Add with a cold day it would frost up when the car was shut off.

Also, may want to look at runner molding around doors and trunk and make sure vent's are turned off so no outside air can get in.

Make sure all the moldings are on well and the insides usually freeze when the humidity is high in the winter. Mine did it once because it was -16 degrees, HOLY CRAP it was cold! Yeah and when i was scraping i knocked off my rear view mirror, locked my keys in while it was running, and broke the door handle. Yeah i hate cold.

Hey i have a 91 sunbird and it had frosted up inside so i just took an ice scraper and scraped it off and whipped up the stuff that came off. one thing about the molding around doors, is it easy to replace?
