92 prelude engine swap

i have a 92 prelude s single overhead cam, i got on a steel needing a motor, he already purchased a 94 up vtec out of an accord. he has the computer and most of the harness from out side the car. Im looking for the fastest way to get this project going. weather it be use old intake and harness or what. i am experinced but not up on my swaps... got about 3 days to get this off my rack. engine is already out and other one is fresh with new t belt and the works
