Elantra 2001 - how to replace tail light relay

I need to replace the tail lights relay, but don't know how to get access to it?

Following the info on hyundai hma website, the relay is on the back of the fuse box in the passanger compartment. How can I access this part?. I can't work it out.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
