whistling sound from sunroof

my 92 eagle talon's sunroof startes to whistle when i pass 95 mph. does ne 1 else have this problem? and does ne 1 no how to fix it?

my friends nissan 240sx does this. We fixed it by changing the weather stripping and cleaning up the latches. If it's a first gen I assume it's the moon roof there are a few things you can do. If it's an actual electric sun roof (do eclipses have these?)


1) Remain below 95mph (if your doing this on normal roads expect a ticket at some time. I have a radar detector and I am not invincible). Keep it at a cool 94.5
2) Replace weather stripping
3) get a deflector for air, it's probably hitting it and vibrating it causing the whistle.
4) Get a spyder, my whole roof whistles by design. It's no longer a problem but more of a solution :) (shameless plug..)

thanks for the help man, i took a look at the weather strip that goes around the moon roof, it seems a little worn so thats where ill start. And i could keep it at a cool 94.5 but wheres the trill, and fun?:D And by the way, i have already recieved a ticket( a $284 set back but it aint stopped me, just a little more aware of the staties)
