Looks like it could be a 323 nero. They were made for the us only i think and were only about 98bhp. I have a few pics of a modded one on my website www.323gtx.co.uk

I saw another red one yesterday, UK M plate so it was registered in 1996.

Also this (http://www.auto-extreme.com/eng/viewtopic.php?id1=17&id2=137) page has pics of one with a body kit, but you can see the shape of the car, especially the rear hatch and the front lights.

It looks like a Mazda version of the Ford Laser Lynx.

You got it!
Thier all the same car, sold new in Japan as the Mazda Fammila, or 323, or as a Ford Laser Lynx.
Also sold in NZ, Ausie, and the UK in various guises, as either a Mazda or a Ford.

They come in several differnt models, but all range from slow, to very slow. And are really nothing more than a well styled body on the convential Mazda 323 platform.

(and the lynx I own is a kit car, made from bits of Triumph, Toyota, Nissan and soon Mazda)

Ive recently noticed quite a few of these for sale second hand, more common than I first thought! They were all 1.5 engined automatics.

Hey guys, a few months ago my password was stolen on another forum site, and I was wondering how they did it. I was also wondering how I could protect my new password. I do not want anyone to get hold of it. The new one is jimbobschool . Any ideas how to protect it?

That's the Mazda Astina. Don't know why you haven't seen any before, since it's a fairly common car (to my knowledge). We never got those in the US, as the 323 was replaced by the Protege, whereas the 323 continued on elsewhere in the world.
