ABS Warning Light with Speedometer stop working

Hi,
I have a '99 B3000 which I just started getting the ABS warning light. Shortly after receiving the warning light and driving down the freeway on cruise control, the cruise control kicked off and then notice that the speedometer stopped working. My guess is some kind of sensor but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me out?

it is the the vehicle speed sensor located in the rear differential housing. there are two on this vehicle, one in the trans and one in the rear differential. you need the one in the diff
