96 Camry help needed

At times, more often than not, when slowing down from a decent travellling speed, the vehicle wants to idle roughly and stall out.

I recently replaced the spark plugs and did overall maintenance to the vehicle but don't know what is causing this. I also used some good fuel injectore cleaner in the tank hoping it would help the situation.

what could beb causing this to happen randomly ???

Try cleaning the IAC valve.
