I have a 2WD 1995 Chevy Blazer. I was driving down the highway when the car sputtered and lost power and then eventually stalled. Much like I was running out of gas. I checked the spark and wasnt getting much after the distributer, so I replaced the cap, rotor, plugs and wires which fixed the spark problem. The car still was not starting so I checked the fuel pressure from the schrader valve on the back of the block and the car held in between 56-60psi, so the fuel pump isnt the problem either. The engine cranks fine it just wont start, which means im not seized either. I am stumped someone please help.
P.S. I looked into the plenum and did have some washing on the passenger side, but that still shouldnt stop me from starting. :::Bang head:::

Im just gonna throw out a thought before i go for the night, Check your dash lights. Are they lighting up allright? Do you hear a fuel pump whine?
The ignition switch went out on my truck the other night and it flat died a little like yours, i was lucky enough to be parking when it did. If your getting dash lights with the key in the on postion but not started and then after the crank than thats one item you can cross off.

Yeah fuel pump whines up fine, dash lights all light up. Tested fuel pressure it was fine, so fuel pump is good. If im getting spark the ignition module cant be bad, right?

Are you absolutly positively sure that you have your spark plug wires going to the right place. I switched my cap and rotor and somehow managed to move every plug wire to the right or left one spot. Engine turned over fine but never cranked. Study the wiring closely, compare it with the manual, realize that the cap it turn oh so slightly thus you may not be counting correctly the firing order...
