That doesnt say much who makes the amp and what model. But based on whats listed since its a 2 channel amp it should definately be compatible.

no you wouldn't want that amp, it's a 2ch that's only 2 ohm stable per channel. You'd be running it at 4 ohm per channel, getting half of the available power. With those subs you'd either want a 4ch amp or a 2 ohm stable mono amp.

You say it's a 2/3 channel but don't you mean 2/1 channel? Otherwise meaning it's a 2 channel that's bridgeable. Well, with 2 4ohm subs you will be able to hook them up with this amp but it's not advisable. You'll only be able to get the wattage of a 4 ohm load unless you bridge in parallel and fry that amp. You either want to find a multichannel amp that is 1 ohm stable, or a mono amp that is 2 ohm stable. The reason the multi channel amp needs to be 1 ohm is because when you bridge two channels together, internally the channels are in series with each other. When a circuit is in series, the resistance is added (1ohm + 1ohm=2ohm). You want a 2 ohm circuit so you can hook your two 4 ohm subs in parallel. Anyway, post again if you need help, or just pm me.

Often bridgeable 2ch amps are referred to as "3 channel" because through the use of a passive crossover you can run a speaker on the L channel, a speaker on the R channel, and a speaker in mono (bridged) all at the same time. It's normally the less respectable companies who enjoy "bending" the truth that like to do this.
