1995 riv supercharged

My 95 riv displays a partial reading on the odometer w/ check engine and trac control lights on, while the engine running. When the engine is not running, the odometer and shifter lights on the dash remain on. Has anyone ever ran into this one before? Any info. on this one would be greatly appreciated.
