I have decided to use my 92 Crown Vic as my project car. The first thing i wanted to do was drop a new engine in it. I'm looking for an engine that will put out a good 600 horses or more. Do any of you know where i could get an engine built.

I also have many other plans for this car but i'll get to that later.

If you have an AOD trans, there is *some* hope.

A 460 will makethe kind of power you want, and it would be possible to even have it with EFI, but you will need some major fuel pump improvements.

On a street-driven car, 450 HP is about as much as you can get and have it be driveable, unless you add a turbo or supercharger.

The '92s came with two different transmissions, the AOD and the AODE (electronically controlled AOD). If you have an AODE well then it would be time to completely gut the thing because no AODE will take anything close to the power you want.

Well my plans were to completely redo the car.
Ok, First i wanted to replace basically everything mechanical. just so i can make it haul ass and sound good. then i was going to get a custom paint job done. I'm thinking black with white pearl pinstripeing and maybe something in the clear coat to make it shine.

Then gut the inside and get a new interior custom made. Trying to go for a really clean look so i'll prolly go with black and white with some white pearl here and there to bring attention to parts of the interior

Well I would do the 460 then. It is actually SMALLER than the 4.6L you have.
