The ROC will be on the road in a couple of months (March, hopefully). Gonna drive it down to the school when it's time to leave. Until then, no more go fast goodies will be purchased, only run correctly goodies. 4 new tires (since it's been sitting, the tires have finally gave away, they are the originals), some shocks (was gonna go with the $320+ KYB AGX's, but i'll go with the regular KYB-GR2 i believe, for about $120), and i also need a rear 85-87 IROC 16in. rim. Old one is all bent up from the accident i posted a while back when i hit the curb. New windshield wiper motor. Also i need to fix the temp. guage, you guys i'll help me out. Rally, ima try to get a pic with my brothers picture phone, post it, and let you work you magic. Is that cool?

Typical internet drama and yes it was him and now its over. Gave us mods something to discuss for a few days though and he finally cooled down and is being more realistic with his request but some of the other mods said he is not allowed to post about Link using his pic anymore so lets try to do the same and not bring it up anymore. I am sure anyone involved would be more than happy to discuss it in PM's.

Yeah, notice i don't have the pic in the sig anymore. It's over now, so i'll hopefully post my own rust bucket soon. Btw, any suggestion on what tire i should get.would be good to get? 16x8 IROC rims, 245/50/16 is the tire size. Any inputs?

thats sweet about your car being back soon, my car is in storage for the winter and i dropped the insurance to storage, so i cant drive it nemore until March... im hoping my grandma's garage implodes on it, then her home owners insurance will cover the damages and i can get a nice shiny new paint job

ITS KIND A FUNNY YOU WANT YOUR garage TO FALL ON IT. MY MOM LOOKED INTO THAT SORT OF THING AND ITS NOT COVERED , IT WOULD BE ON YOUR CAR INSURENCE IF YOU HAVE FULL COVERGE. HaHa

Good to hear it's coming back and yeah whenever you post some good pics of it i'll make you another one, free of charge.

Also that reminds me that my Camaro's windshield wipers need new motors too.. hope it isnt too hard to install those.

Thanks Rally.
92z - I was thinking of some bf's, so i'm gonna go with those. Just found a rim at the junkyard for $50, so i'm gonna get that this weekend. There is no hope for my other rim.

wiper motor isnt that hard to replace, i have done it twice, every time i have pulled the engine i always forgot to take that off first and i end up smashing it..

I know it's not hard to replace, i was just too busy buying stuff i really didn't need, instead of getting things i really need. I've grown up now and now know. I wish i had an LT1 at hand.... anyone wanna donate?

Yah get some 245/50/16s they look the sleekest on thoes iroc wheels others just look to high and wierd,, long time ago when i bought the iroc someone had 60s tires on it and it looked horriable. And just this fall I made the mistake of putting some cheaper used 235/60/16 on the firebird 16 wheels and it looks ok but would look alot better with the 245/50s or you could even go wider on the rear with a 255/50/16 on the back.

PS thanks for takeing down the sig.... you should of just atleast pmed me back and this whole thing would of went down different. I just took mine down.

The second onse are Toyo's. I like them to but like I said for the price they are not worth it to me right now. Maybe when I get new tires I will get them not sure

I was checking out these tires hear at sears
http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=AUTO&pid=09556042000&subcat=Car
they seem ok. Still looking for the ones that 92z mention, couldn't find them. I'm definitely gonna be picking the tires up from the place, no shipping and handling for me, unless it's reasonable.

yah im running Monach H rated tires and they have real good wear and have a nice v style directional pattern great for the rain and they were only like 120bucks (can) a tire. Sometimes youll find good no name kinda tires that look real nice and are a good price. 245 50 16 are up there anyhow in price. Other cheaper but good tires are the Kumho ECSTA 711 High Performance tires they are simaler to mine in looks and are the cheapest on the net i can buy at 104bucks each (can. funds)
