fog lamp removal

hello everyone. i need to know how to remove the fog lamps on a 2002 sequoia. i've looked under the truck but can't figure how to undo the lamp and remove it. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I have also tried on my 2002 Sienna to remove the fog lamp but can't figure it out!
Any luck with yours yet?
