Does anybody know of a good body shop in the Dallas area? I need some advanced rust removal. What I am really looking for is a place that can cut out the rusted part of the pannel and solder back in that peice. Where can I get any of that done?

Any body shop can replace panels. You do not solder an entire panel on. Lead was once used as a filler before plastic filler was invented. There are very few places that still do lead work, and there is pretty much no need for it.

No one solders panels in, they weld it in, whether with a MIG, stick or Lead, its all welded on. Solder if for electronic parts, not body panels. But any shop should be able to do it, just depends on where the rust is and if they feel like dealing with it.
