help finding ECM please....

my 93 sunbird will not start and I am leaning towards a bad ECM. It DOES get spark, but does not get fuel to the cylinders. I am wondering if the ECM is not sending the signal to the injectors because there IS fuel in the rails with alot of pressure. I don't know where the ECM is located, nor how to test it. Can anybody help me out here?

ECM is located behind the Glove box. Sorry, Can't help with the Diag. though.
