Where to buy on the internet?

I stopped modeling for more than 2 years and now I want to start again. I live in Quebec (Canada) and there are no hobby shops that carry good material around. On top of that, our province has 15% taxes so I would like to buy from another canadian province (Ontario) or from US. It is definitly cheaper that way! So far, I found Hobbylinc (Georgia) and I was wondering if this was a good place to buy from?

Any other suggestion?

I am just looking to buy Tamiya paints, putty and glue, airbrush cleaning station filters, sanding pads (Micro-Mesh) etc...
