intermittent dieing...HELP!

i own an 89 honda crx si and i recently put an AEM cold air intake on it...the car ran fine before i did this but now w the intake on it intermittently stalls, bucks, and dies. Every now and then it also throws a check engine light but then turns off. The ecm has a flash code 20 for an electronic circuit overload. My first instinct was the PGM-FI main relay but i changed that and the problem still persists. someone please help if this has happened to you or you know what it is!
