Would a 2G GSX owner help a scale DSM builder, please?

Well this is my second try. I had a similar thread in the performance forum, but it went downhill on me. Don't get me wrong, I got some good help, but after a while everybody just ignored the thread :dunno: :frown:
So maybe I'll have better luck this time...
Any way, I'm building a 1:24 scale 2G GSX, and wanted to really detail it. I have 4 pages of pictures and about 20 Chilton's eploded diagrams, but there are a couple pictures that have eluded me... Could ya help?
My list is considerably smaller than the first time, but I still need:
-a complete shot of the undercarriage (maybe break it into2 or 3 close ups?)
-looking up at the backside of the engine from under the car
-a close up of the area where the ABS and charcoal canister are located
-shot of the tranny from above the engine compartment
If you can help, that'd be great! Thanks!
And no, I don't own a dsm :disappoin .....
...yet. :evillol:

Aw, c'mon... no one? What if I told you I built a 1:24 SBR tubular turbo manifold for it? From solder...

It still needs some smoothing and polishing... Other items include a big ole FMIC with full plumbing, cobbled together turbo of no particular brand, a turbonetics wastegate, GReddy Type-S BOV, EBC, twin 10 lb nitrous bottles (NOS or Edlebrock brand, fully plumbed with filters, solenoids, and distribution blocks), oil cooler, cam gears, K&N intake, PCV filtered catch can, full engine detail, and a wide array of engine monitoring and managment, like A pillar gauges, A/F Ratio controller, turbo timer, boost controller, nitrous controller, and a laptop. That stuff I can do, but I want to go one step ahead and make it look accurate. If you can help that'd be great. Thank you!
Soooo... how 'bout them pictures? :icon16:

I'd like to help but my eclipse has a 6bolt so it's not really the same...
I third the pics idea!

No, no, six bolt is fine!!! The block really isn't detailed enough to make an a real incriminating difference. The pic I need of the engine is just a shot from underneath at the back of the block, and where the charcoal canister and ABS unit are. A couple tranny pics would be nice, especially where the front half shafts connect to the differenial, the one I made looks all jacked up, looks like one big CV boot poking out of the tranny LOL. I need a good under carriage shot(s) also. If possible, a sketch of the routing of the brake lines and major wiring would be awesome!!!
Right now I really don't have much. The kit comes with an aftermarket intake snorkel, an internal wastegate turbo of some sort, aftermarket exhaust, upper IC pipe, and way too much chrome. There's no IC, and only one pipe, which is routed really wierd, and the interior is "tuner" standard, with Sparco Torinos (using), aftermarket steering wheel, back seat removed for a sound system. The doors do not open, just the hood. It has Blitz side skirts, and some body kit choices. I custom made a Bomex front bumper and am doing custom skirts. I'll probably use a Blitz rear bumper. I cut open a sun roof, open the doors (verts) and the rear hatch (full audio system!). None of these kits are really detailed, so they leave out stuff like the alternator, the oil pump/filter, water pipe, A/C and power steering... all that I'm adding. I'm shooting to have about 75-90% of the wiring and plumbing represented... braided lines and all!
As for the engine, I cut out the center of the valve cover so I can run exposed plug wires, build the SBR mani, am working on a sheetmetal intake, have built a turbo, sourced a wastegate, and I'm working on a flex joint for the exhaust system. Really not a lot to show, but when it starts to look like something I'll definately show you guys!
Thanks for the offers! I'm excited about the project once again! When I'm done with this one, I want to do a 97-99 sleeper. All the engine goodies, but stock exterior and mostly stock interior :evillol:

How long did it take you to make that mini manifold? lol It looks sweet!

About an hour. I still need to add the wastegate pipe and the turbo flange, and couple bolts
I'm going to be gone for about a week and a half, so I won't be able to show anymore real progress... I guess I can show you a few pics of the body mods, but not right away.
Thanks for the interest!

Yeah I really wanna see how this Model comes out judging by the mini valve cover and the huge turbo this is going to be awesome. Good Luck
