It is normal to have a wheel damage when low profile tires are mounted.

Do they look normal to you?

Is that the mark left from the balancing magnets?

It is not normal. I would go back to that shop and ask well would you lazy asses damage a Dodge Viper wheel or Ferrari wheel if that ever came in? They should pay for a new wheel and you should get it mounted somewhere else - some place that cares.

discount tire chipped the powder on two of my rims and they payed to have them redone. Places have touchless mounting systems that won't chunk up your wheel. just ask them before they put the tires on if you risk any damage to your wheel. if they say "yeah we may f your sh1t up" tell them no thanks. and find a better place
