Painting The Sideskirt

as you all know, i bashed my sideskirt into a curb several months ago :(

where can i get the paint to fix it myself? i didnt want to, but i dont want to dish out the cash to have it done by a pro.

ive seen other people paint their sideskirts so i figured i could do mine.

ill go get my paint code, but im pretty sure its milano red.

theres the damage. what sand paper will i have to use to sand it down?
